We are a locally owned real estate company located in the heart of Murrayville (Langley), BC.

For 40 years we were located in historic downtown Langley under the banner of Prudential Power Play Realty, previously owned by a small real estate team. In 2000 the company was bought out by a former NHL Hockey Player, thus the name “Power Play”. In 2018, a change in ownership and the desire to get back to its roots of a locally owned company, Performance Power Play Realty was born. In 2018 we relocated to our new location in the heart of Murrayville, located right beside the Shoppers Drug Mart.
