When I first began in real estate in 2008, I was faced with a double ending situation that I didn’t feel both my clients could be fairly represented. Therefore, before it became a new rule, I referred my purchasing client to another realtor to ensure they were fairly represented.

I have recently relocated to Powell River on the Sunshine Coast but I have loyal customers on the mainland that still prefer my services.
